Job Description and Additional Information
Performance Contracting is seeking a Part Time employee (Junior or Senior Status) to work at our Kansas City Performing Arts project. This part time position will work between 15-20 hours per week and will have the following job duties while assigned to the project. We would prefer a Mechanical Engineering student and can be flexible on the work schedule.
· Keeping RFI log up to date.
· Slip sheeting blueprints via "bluebeam" program by digitally filing drawing changes to the computer files.
· Assisting in writing RFI's and pricing Changes.
· Picking up miscellaneous fasteners, tools, parts, sundries etc that pop up daily. This requires verbal communication w/field and ability to hunt down the item needed in a hurry.
· Issue PO's and tie invoices back to PO.
· Job trailer maintenance, ie: organizing all incoming and outgoing correspondence into proper folders to learn the paperwork process.
· Assist in labor control inputs and distribution of standard wide
· Walk project and distribute daily changes to foreman that may affect current layout/work in place.
Pay: $12.00/Hour
