LOW POWER ETHERNET DIRECT CONNECT DEVICE CHIP

|
This chip XE "Direct Connect Devices (DCD)" XE "DCD Core" is designed to eliminate the operating system XE "System: Operating" bottleneck during the processing of the network protocol stack in the microprocessor based designs. The design utilizes the Ethernet frame addressing, synchronizes multi-speed modules, maintains the configuration flexibility and manages the local memory. This chip consumes 85% less power compared to its competitor chips available in the market. The data rate delivered is suitable for the real time processing. Due to the significant reduction in the power consumption, it can be easily powered through the Ethernet cable. Therefore, this chip will eliminate the process of the regular electrical power outlet XE "Electric Outlet Savings" installations and maintenance for the future network devices. This reduction in the connection complexity is an important aspect especially, for large number of device installations.
